By submitting your online room bid, you agree to the following terms: If the bidding price is approved by our reservation department, you agree to pay the total amount entered in the bid price box and all applicable local and room tax on the charge credit card provided above.  Furthermore, you agree to stay at the dates and room types entered.  Any subsequent changes (after bid approval notification) to the check in/out dates and the room types will be subjected to a cancellation of the original bidding price and a new price will be determined at the time of change request.  We will respond to your bid for an approval or denial status within 48 hours via email provided.
